We collect your name, email, phone number, selected country and whether you are joining as a patient, clinic or tester. Clinic applicants also provide their clinic name. Please do not submit medical information.

We use these details to manage early access, contact you about your application and arrange testing. Tester email addresses may be added to Google Play’s private tester list so you can install the app. Applying does not immediately grant access or create a patient or clinic account.

Details are stored in Mina Care’s hosted database and protected backups. Access to the application list is restricted to the Mina Care owner administration account. Our hosting providers process this information for us. We do not sell your contact details.

We keep your application while arranging early access and testing. You can request removal or withdraw permission for further contact by emailing [email protected]. Backup copies expire according to the backup retention schedule.

Rewards and participation requirements are confirmed with your testing invitation. Feedback can be positive or negative; a public review is not required.
